Jon is the Senior Vice President of Firstrust’s Practice Finance Commercial Banking Group and has been in commercial banking since 2008. He is responsible for leading a team of Healthcare Bankers to assist borrowers in the industry with customized solutions to support growth, acquisitions, working capital, leveraged buy-outs, and recapitalizations.

Jon has direct experience in the medical industry, working as the Chief Operating Officer for a large medical practice, and overseeing the operations of its 15 locations. He has experience lending to Physician Groups, Dental Practice Management, Optometry/Ophthalmology Practices, Dermatology, Healthcare Staffing Agencies, Rehab, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, Hospitals and Assisted Living Facilities.

Jon gets satisfaction from witnessing the impact to the lives of the owners and their employees of the businesses he works with and believes that Firstrust mirrors the same entrepreneurial spirit of these companies.

When he’s not working with medical professionals, Jon is spending time with his son, or on the golf course.
