If someone at your organization already has online banking access for the business you wish to enroll, please have them add you as a user via the Administration feature. You will need the following information to enroll:

An existing business account with Firstrust.
Your business name, EIN, and account information.
Authorized signer information.

Only authorized signers on the business account(s) can enroll in online banking. Once signed in, the authorized signer will be able to add multiple users with ease.

The Login ID must be 8-25 characters. For added security, include special characters and numbers. Refrain from using your Business EIN or account number as your Login ID.

Terms and Conditions

Firstrust Bank business online banking enrollment form is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Master Commercial Account Agreement. By signing below the Customer instructs Firstrust Bank to create a Company profile and set up online account access for the representative listed above as the Primary Company Administrator, and acknowledges and agrees that the Primary Company Administrator may add additional online banking users and control the authority of such additional users to view data and execute transactions on behalf of the Customer. The Customer warrants and guarantees that all transactions performed using the selected Login ID and Password are valid obligations of the Customer.
